Moove Headwear – Return & Refund Policy

At Moove Headwear, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed.

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Free from damage, hair, or debris.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee.

  • Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@mooveheadwear.com with your Order Number and reason for return.

  2. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging (if possible).

  3. Ship It: Mail your return to the address below:

Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Timing: Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@mooveheadwear.com so we can make it right. In these specific cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
