Moove Headwear – Shipping Policy

At Moove Headwear, we’re committed to getting your gear to you quickly and reliably. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

  • Processing Time: Orders are printed and processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Transit Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days.

  • Total Delivery Time: Your order should arrive within 2–7 business days after purchase.

Carriers & Options

  • Standard Shipping: All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.

  • Priority Shipping (Upgrade): You may choose to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail at checkout for faster delivery (typically 1–3 business days transit time).

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

  • Free Shipping: If you qualify for a free shipping promotion, your order will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage at no cost to you.

  • Priority Upgrades: The cost for Priority Mail upgrades will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses. Note: We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we strive for timely delivery, Moove Headwear is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (USPS) once the package has left our facility.

However, we are here to help! If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check your surroundings and then contact us so we can assist you in filing a claim or locating the item.
